Article: Sex and Heroes!

Not many of you read these blog articles, but I still felt like writing another in case any of you were still interested!

So...  Fin's Land is a bit odd. I'm well aware.

And I think one of the more obvious guffaws I may induce in my readers is my bizarro combination of "Woo! Gay Rights! Woo! Gay Superheroes!" and.... "Uh? Did that Gay Superhero just lose like way hard to a bigger man?"

Fin, how can you say you are writing for the better of the gays... when a lot of your "gay heroes" are not only in hardcore pornography... but also literally having their ass handed to them on a cock sized platter???

Well... if this is you. That's fine! 

But also be ready to be wrong however! 

Because gay men I am telling you... you may be looking at the universe backwards!

The last thing straight men are usually ever asking themselves is if their favorite action movies have too much sex. Literally. LITERALLY!

So why are you thinking your entertainment needs to be on any loftier pedestal than theirs? 

Maybe it is because "superheroes" themselves often can be thought as what we want to achieve for ourselves as our ideals?

Or maybe it is because you don't think heroes/action might not make a difference to adults...certainly not when in hardcore pornography at least.

Or maybe it might be that you have the idea that what is best for gay men is currently entwined with what makes us look "normal" to those that hate us? Your whole life "behaving" has been tied to "freedom" because you have been a minority having to live as an example to your heterosexual peers by default.

And while all those may indeed be very important considerations... there are still things far more valuable than they yet, even to such a degree that it is really not in question to anyone that is old enough to tell. 

And that is gay man... your life is very short... and you should not waste too much of it trying to be what your accusers are clearly not themselves. 

That is not actually the path to victory for anyone at all in the end. 

Believe me when I say.... that if straight men are not getting their horny sex fixes directly from their standard entertainment choices... they easily just get the hardcore versions then from their far larger and higher budgeted porn industry as well. That whole society in the sentence to the left is the one you don't get to live in gay man and might not even fully know exists.

 The "saving the princess" storyline really and truly does have a deleted scene to the straight adults each and every time. 

So gay man... when fate has somehow fortold that you have been blessed/cursed with a woman's sexuality... there are things about yourself biologically that you should just be flat out told are not very congruent to a masculine self esteem. They indeed did not evolve together naturally.

So when the straights get to live out their sexual fulfillments through their standard storylines inherent to all their media... what ones then should then be written for you? 

What ones can then match the oddly combined.... "Desire To Be The Hero Oneself" of the masculine gender and also the  "Wanting To Be Tackled By The Larger Man" sexuality from a woman? 

Believe me gay men... women have been struggling with their self esteem about exactly this for literally maybe millions of years!

And your incongruency here is so far worse than theirs many will often never let themselves even believe the extent. Gay man... sometimes you really do need the saving more than them. 

So since Fin believes the standard philosophy of female adult fiction bdsm writers is... "Well they are the men you know...*wink wink* ... but I'm an equal human being too!"   ...you gay man... may have to indeed adopt a similar mindset as well when viewing your pornography as a masculine gay man. Lest you start to view art that's written to your tastes as less than those written for "the men."

So I guess what I am trying to say is that while I might be a terrible artist... art that might be truly your hardcore entertainment equivalent may not be the flattering storylines of standard hero "success" you expect.... while still containing all of that still nonetheless. 

At least in regards to your sexual media.

"Okay... Fin... I get it! We all get it! Superman is the woman. And Lex Luthor is the man! You are still taking pornography way too seriously... okay dude!"

Okay, but hear me out! 

What if not!

What if straight men have for centuries been performing a secret ruse by calling the naked woman body alone... the highest of all art? And then been getting to watch near pornography as what is average to humans as a result of their clever craftiness!

What if everything you see and hear today in culture not only evolved from such an exact almost still unquestioned belief system but that is still actively pervades almost all of media as well?

Women seem to complain about it all the time actually!

And what's even more interesting... is that a lot of gay men maybe do not fully realize their favorite action movies then double as actually rather explicit sexual entertainment almost constantly to their peers. It's rather an after thought to all the coolness to us. A lens footnote to one we truly don't have. 

Gay action movie lover you. Your love is more true than many will understand. Your love was earned by the least of all fanservice... yet you still loved anyway!

However when it then comes to what should you value in your art gay man... I believe the straight man's views may indeed be the healthiest biologically. Do not undervalue what you love. The straight men certainly do not. And will not ever any time soon. 

So in order to see the world clearly...a valued commodity in a free democratic society that may bend toward such if desired... know that your equivalent total average art available should also range the distance as well. Which does include highly adult and low brow content as average to consume too. 

And interestingly enough gay man, your attractions cause no gender disparities to society regardless of the wacky combinations! How convenient!

So when the issue here is whether or not Fin should take "adult art" seriously... I think a counter question is then... why then should he not? 

Do you not already spend a lot of time with naked men in art form? 

Would not you want it then to be the best then it can be?

Would not you want to be watching HBO... and getting to call it "culture" for average adults as well? ;)

I wish I was a sufficient artist to solve all that myself... but alas... I bet you can tell I'm not. But the logic still remains. Your time is as valuable as your peers... and just because they get to blissfully experience the max daily without knowing it... doesn't mean you should not be able to do as well. 

And certainly without feeling any guilt for it too. 

In the end, the art that could make you the strongest "biologically" could in fact not be the art currently created for you by the market, or even currently judged has having much value socially or artistically at all. And I mean that quoted term with the least defined definition it can have... as I do not value "breeding" in this regard, or even anti-social behavior.

The human version of the above engineer jibber though is that cute side characters that look nice to "haters" are no one to actually live into reality unless you want to die.

Life will certainly always be too short to live that way anyways, and should be known as such as basic human education.
